Vehicle Minimum Kilometers per Day:

Example 1: Per day refers to one calendar day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM). A minimum of 300 km per day will be charged.

Example 2: Two days equals 600 km charged. This 600 km can be used within two days on average; otherwise, 600 km will be compulsorily charged.

Driver Charges: Driver day allowance and night driving allowances are separate and charged as applicable by vehicle type.

Parking/Toll: Where necessary, parking and national highway toll fees are extra as applicable.

Interstate Tax: Our vehicles hold All India permits, but crossing Karnataka state borders into Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Goa, or Hyderabad incurs additional charges as per their respective state regulations.

One-Way Drop: One-way trips are always billed as round trips. For example, a Bangalore to Mysore one-way drop covers 150 km but will be billed for 300 km (optional discounts may apply).

Kilometer Billing: Kilometers are charged from garage to garage; in some cases, billing is point-to-point.
